Question 1 - What is your job/role? How Do you use Tableau as part of this?
Umar Hassan: My job role is a mixture of journalism and data rolled up into one. I use Tableau as of when it is needed if any writers need infographics or data visualisations they are interested in including in their articles.
Question 2 - If you could give one piece of advice to a new Tableau starter what would it be?
Umar Hassan: Practice, practice, practice. The more you produce vizzes and new charts/calculations, the more confidence you will have to share your work to the community.
Question 3 - If you could add a new feature to Tableau, what would it be?
Umar Hassan: The ability to work with elapsed time, it would make my life much easier when working with timed data in motorsport!
Question 4 - Best data book you have read recently?
Umar Hassan: Big Book of Dashboards. I am still going through this book although my list of dataviz books to read is growing at a rapid rate.

Umar Hassan: My data goal this year is to present at a Tableau User Group.
